HDIL-1 / HDIL-2 Dilatometer (DIL)
This dilatometer is used for detecting solid inorganic materials and assessing the high-temperature expansion properties of metallic substances. Dilatometry is particularly suited for analyzing corundum, refractory materials, shell and core materials used in casting, ceramics, porcelain clay, glaze, glass, graphite, carbon, and printed inorganic materials. Additionally, dilatometer offers essential testing capabilities for scientific research and educational purposes. Users can customize specimen atmosphere protection, including vacuum conditions up to 0.1 MPa, to meet specific requirements. Moreover, dilatometer manufacturers adhere to standards such as GB/T3810.9 and GB/T3810.10-1999 for determining the linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles. Dilatometer price varies depending on the features and specifications required for different applications.
Instrumental Characteristics of Dilatometer (DIL)
01
USB or RS232 serial communication interface, easy to connect with a laptop.
02
In the experiment, the user sets the heating rate and the software PID controls the linear heating.
03
Calibrate various indicators of the instrument with standard samples.
04
The measurement process is automatically completed and plotted, and can also be manually corrected. The computer automatically calculates the coefficient of expansion, expansion coefficient of linear expansion volume, rapid thermal expansion.
05
Imported linear bearings are used to achieve frictionless transmission with high transmission accuracy and good repeatability.
